Our family moved to Ann Arbor in 2018 and quickly fell in love with the city. We have been good at making Bao Buns for 3 generations and are obsessed with ancient technics for making them. Our food is rooted in Chinese tradition and adapted to use local produce and ingredients.
Bao Space embarks on a vision to reinvent how people view authentic Asian cuisine.
You’ll quickly get the experience when you come to our restaurant: an open kitchen, a design-forward atmosphere, and carefully crafted dishes that highlight delicious tastes while celebrating healthy and seasonal ingredients.

Bao Space
“Bao Place” is excited to be the first specialized restaurant to bring authentic hand-made Asian Bao Bun to the Ann Arbor community. Come visit us for the most authentic Asian Bao Buns, handmade and freshly steamed daily.
